Description
While exploring Port Royal Rookery, I stumbled on the pond. This rookery is in the middle of town. One side is residential, and the other is shops. I was told that, at one time, this area was the town dump. It is beautiful now, and I love that a town spent the money and effort to preserve this wetland.
